Our behaviour affects how we relate to ourselves and to others

Sharing a technique from Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT). This techniques was helpful to help me survive a very challenging situation in 2018. It also helped me to make decisions that have been helpful to this very day.

CTRT is not sufficient to help people heals from traumatic experiences. However, it is helpful to help one to manage a challenging relationship or situation, which is essential to daily living. CTRT techniques have also been found helpful to reduce anxiety and depression.
