Writer's picture: Rose FaquirRose Faquir

Updated: Aug 25, 2019

There's a cultural belief that men must be strong. They are not supposed to show emotion. They are not supposed to cry. The truth is men are human: They have emotions. They have down moment. Its not wrong for them to cry or be vulnerable about their pain.

Women can cry, men can cry too.

This article reflects the importance of allowing people, whether male or female, to express their feelings and be vulnerable about their pain, so they may be given help before it is too late.

Let us stop imposing cultural stereotyping to people who are struggling with pain. Lets help them before it is too late.
