Lily helps individuals overcome personal struggles and achieve fulfilment by providing a supportive and non-judgmental space to help her clients understand their wants and needs clearly. She adopts a non-directive approach and encourages her clients to find patterns in their acting and thinking to facilitate her clients discovering their solutions and strategies.
Lily believes in the innate potential of each individual and seeks to empower and assist others in their journey of self-discovery. She helps clients process their thoughts and feelings to understand themselves better. She believes clients are experts in their own lives and works collaboratively with them to identify their goals and priorities.
Lily’s background and training in Social-Organizational Psychology, conflict resolution, executive coaching, and family therapy have equipped her with a unique frame of reference for how our environment shapes individual and group dynamics within systems such as families or organisations.
Lily is a certified Columbia Coaching Certification Programme coach and a trained mediator in the State of New York. Her experience includes being a community coach with ICF Singapore and a consultant for non-profit organisations. Her work experiences include human resources, content development, research, and lecturing. She is a certified trainer qualified to administer the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory. She has helped individuals resolve persistent issues from the past and gain a renewed sense of purpose.

Person-centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Choice Theory Reality Therapy, EMDR, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
